Beachfront Apartment/Fortaleza 106m2 Spacious and bright apartment, recently renovated, from the furniture to the appliances, clean environment, has 1 bedroom and bathroom in the main hallway and 1 suite (master bedroom + bathroom), both with air conditioning and partial sea view, bed size in the suite: king (30” TV) and in the bedroom: queen, living room (50” TV). Kitchen and complete laundry. We have WIFI, blankets and bath towel sets for each guest. Great location, near pharmacy, laundry and markets one block away. The building is residential, located at Avenida Beira Mar, 2667 - apartment on a high floor, does not have hotel services, breakfast or garage available, but there are 2 private parking spaces on the next street. For longer stays, starting from 1 month, a fee of R$ 1.60 per kWh will be charged.

Home rules

Smoking is not allowed! If smoking occurs, an extra fee will be charged for air conditioning and apartment cleaning to remove the odor. Visitors are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. Trash must be removed before the guest leaves and disposed of in the external trash can near the elevator. I reiterate the platform's observation that the cleaning fee guarantees the apartment will be returned clean and organized; therefore, it should not be returned unorganized beyond acceptable limits. Any breakage or loss of items must be reimbursed. It is expected that you will respect quiet hours and treat your neighbors courteously.
